Midview places third at SWC Championship

Midview High School's Kubuski Gymnasium was the center of the Southwestern Conference cheerleading universe Sunday (November 2) evening as the Middie hosted the 2025 SWC Championship. 

Midview compiled a Traditonal Competition score of 84.5 and a Game Day score of 91.95 to place third overall with 176.45 points. The Middies took third in both categories. Avon High School was crowned the grand champion after winning the Traditional division and placing runner-up in the Game Day category. Amherst Steele placed second overall after winning Game Day and taking second in Tradtional.

Midview Game Day is back in action Sunday (November 9) when it competes in the OHSCCA Best in the State competition at Upper Arlington High School. The Middies are slated to perform at 4:05 p.m.
