Young Middies gain valuable experience at OHSAA Division II Cross Country Regional

Midview Varsity Cross Country had four of its young core represent the Middies at the 2025 OHSAA Division II Board Regional Championship Saturday (October 25) afternoon.

Sophomore Molly Ockuly was the top finisher in the girl's race, as she covered the 5,000-meter course in 21:12.84 and placed 114th. Sophomore Hannah Bacskay ran a personal record 21:35.71 and took 138th, while sophomore Sophia Morgan also ran a personal best 22:51.68 and was 232nd. Freshman Andrew Downey placed 256th in the boy's race by crossing the line in 18:49.45.
