Midview Cheer Squads Qualify for 2026 UCA Nationals

Midview High School's Traditional and Game Day Competition squads accomplished its first goal of the 2025-26 season by earning bids to the 2026 UCA National Championship Sunday (October 27) at the UCA Ohio Regional Qualifer. This year's qualifier event took place at Olentangy Berlin High School. The Middies' Traditional squad finished sixth, while the Game Day took 12th.

This marks the 10th straight season that the Middie Traditional Competition squad earned a trip to Disney. The Game Day squad will return for its eighth consecutive year. The 2026 UCA National High School Cheerleading Championship will take place January 30 - February 1 at Walt Disney Worlds Wide World of Sports in Orlando, Florida.

Midview Cheerleading now turns its attention to Goal #2 as the Middies will look to win the SWC Championship Sunday (November 2). Action inside Kubuski Gym begins at 4 p.m. [Preview]
