Salkiewicz to represent Midview Girls Bowling at OHSAA District Tournament

What: OHSAA Division I Girls Bowling District Tournament

Who: Sophomore Addison Salkiewicz and 19 other individual qualifiers as well as 20 teams

When: Monday (February 23) at 10 a.m.

Where: Rebman Lanes (5300 Oberlin Ave, Lorain, OH 44053)

Tickets: Tickets are $10 for Adults and $5 for Students and sold exclusively online at http://ohsaa.org/tickets. [Bowling --> Northeast --> Division I] No Cash or Credit Card sales at the door.

What's at Stake: The top five teams and individuals will advance to the OHSAA Championship at HP Lanes (2012 Innis Road, Columbus, OH 43224) on March 7 at 10:45 a.m.

Historical Perspective: Salkiewicz is the second individual in the last three years and third ever to represent the Middie girls in the second round of the OHSAA Tournament. Ariana Fedyszyn qualified as a freshman in 2023-24, while Faith Hamilton '18 did the same in the program's first year (2016). The Midview girls also qualfied as a team in both 2018 and 2025. Addison's brother Aiden Salkiewicz is the only Middie to ever compete in the State Tournament. The current senior did so as a sophomore in 2024.
