Amherst defeats Varsity Softball 11-1

Midview Varsity Softball suffered an five-inning 11-1 Southwestern Conference loss to host Amherst Steele High School Monday (April 14) afternoon.

The Comets out-hit the Middies 11-2. Junior Nina Ballachino had a double, while sophomore Mallory Hechko drove her in with a single in the second frame.

The Middies (2-5, 1-4 SWC) play host to Avon Lake High School on Wednesday (April 16) at 4:45 p.m.
