Berea-Midpark routs Varsity Softball 14-6

Midview Varsity Softball dropped a 14-6 Southwestern Conference game to host Berea-Midpark High School Wednesday (April 2) at the Roehm Athletic Complex.

Junior Olivia Keenan finished with two doubles, while sophomore Mallory Hechko blasted her first home run of the season. Overall, the Titans out-hit the Middies 11-9. Midview led 2-0 after one frame only for Berea-Midpark to score 14 runs over the next three innings to take a commanding lead it did not relinquish.

Weather permitting, Midview (0-3, 0-2 SWC) is back in action on Thursday (April 3) at North Ridgeville High School. First pitch is slated for 4:45 p.m.
