Midview Boys Tennis defeats Elyria 3-2

Midview Varsity Boys Tennis earned a 3-2 Southwestern Conference victory over visiting Elyria High School on Thursday (April 23) evening.

The Middies once again swept the doubles play. Seniors Marcus McMahon and Kaiden Vonya won 6-1, 6-1 at first doubles, and junior Lila Booth and junior Trenton Popek combined to win 6-2, 6-4 at second doubles. Senior Evan Kneisel sealed the match with a 6-2, 1-6, 6-1 win at second singles.

Midview (4-4, 3-3 SWC) plays host to North Ridgeville High School on Friday (April 24) at 4:30 p.m.
