Midview Baseball and Softball Field Grand Opening Ceremony set for May 6

The Midview Local School District will celebrate the Grand Opening of its newly-renovated Baseball and Softball fields during a pair of short ceremonies on Wednesday (May 6).

The MHS Baseball Field festivities will take place immediately following warm-ups between Midview and Avon Lake High School at approximately 4:45 p.m. It is actually the continuation of a game that began on April 2 at ALHS. The Middies are leading 1-0 as the visiting team in the bottom of the first inning.

The MHS Softball Field ceremony will then begin after warm-ups between Midview and Columbia High School at around 5:15 p.m.
