Buckeye Blanks Varsity Baseball 7-0

Midview Varsity Baseball lost a 7-0 non-conference match-up to visiting Buckeye High School on Friday (April 4) afternoon.

Junior Kaiden Vogelpohl broke up the Bucks' no-hit bid with a leadoff single in the bottom of the seventh. It was the Middies' only hit of the day. Vogelpohl (0-1) also got the start on the mound and suffered the loss after allowing two runs on four hits with three strikeouts over three innings. 

Midivew (1-3) is slated to visit Avon Lake High School on Monday (April 7) at 4:45 p.m.
